Description

Quad Lock phone or navigation mount system.

Can be used on 125/350 models - year 2019-2026

Recommended material: ASA or PETG. Do not use PLA under any circumstances.

The .3mf file is designed exclusively for BambuLab printers.

Print parameters:

  • Perimeters: 4-6
  • Infill: 20-25%.

Required assembly parts:

For the center model and the model with gears, embed the nuts from the back side. This prevents the nut from being pulled out under higher tensile loads. When the nut is placed from the back, the material physically stops it from falling out. To make embedding from the back easier, it is recommended to use a screw: pass the screw through the hole, thread the nut onto it, and then pull on the screw to safely and securely seat the nut.

When printing from ASA material, it is important to use a tower for longer layer times in order to cool the layer - > otherwise there is a risk of inconsistent cylinder diameter!!!! See the image below. This may not apply to PETG material.
