Description

This exhaust tube generator is designed to integrate seamlessly with my V2 4-inch window extraction system. It provides a parametric option for creating custom pipe sections that snap securely onto the rest of the system components.

Two generator variations are included:

  • Straight Tube Generator – Ideal for producing standard straight sections used to connect various parts of the system.
  • Offset Tube Generator – Allows for the creation of offset sections to accommodate more complex routing requirements.

When using the offset generator, some experimentation may be required to achieve optimal results. Longer sections tend to perform better with larger offsets. For best print quality and airflow performance, it is recommended to keep offsets at or below 40 mm, as larger offsets will require additional support material at the bend.

A support bracket is also included, designed specifically for use with an AC Infinity fan. Compatibility with other fan models has not been verified.

These components are designed to interface with the elbows, Y-splitter, window blast gate, and the AC Infinity 6" to 4" reducer. The primary goal of this system is to provide smooth transitions between parts while maintaining a rigid pipe structure for improved airflow efficiency.

 

When generating parts, the specified length is measured between the two end faces shown below. This represents the exact distance between the components you intend to connect with the tubing.

⚠️ Note: The overall printed length will be the generated value plus an additional 12 mm. Be sure to account for this when working near your printer’s maximum build height.
