I'm sharing my RC car tire creation here, originally designed for the Traxxas Rustler 4x4 VXL model. It also works for the basic 4x4 version, but I don't know yet if it's compatible with other models.

For manufacturing, I recommend printing the rim in PC (polycarbonate), as it is the most resistant material, especially at the nut. PETG, ASA-CF, and PLA also work, but offer lower resistance but still get the job done.

Regarding the tire, I recommend TPU 90A. Its high flexibility makes it particularly suitable for this use.

For my part, I printed the complete tire on an H2D.

To attach the tire to the rim, I used a strong adhesive called Inter Bond Fast Adhesive with hardener. It is very important to position the tire correctly during gluing, by properly aligning the four concave grooves of the tire with the four convex grooves of the rim.

I will later offer a version for the front axle, as well as suspension triangles, because the original ones are quite fragile on this model. Moreover, new tires are relatively expensive, hence this alternative solution of printed tires and rims.
