Je partage ici ma création de pneus pour voiture RC, conçue à l’origine pour le modèle Traxxas Rustler 4x4 VXL. Elle fonctionne également pour la version 4x4 basique, mais je ne sais pas encore si elle est compatible avec d’autres modèles.&nbsp;Pour la fabrication, je conseille d’imprimer la jante en PC (polycarbonate), car c’est le matériau le plus résistant, notamment au niveau de l’écrou. Le PETG, l’ASA-CF et le PLA fonctionnent aussi, mais offrent une résistance inférieure mais fait quand même le travail.&nbsp;Concernant le pneu, je recommande du TPU 90A. Sa grande flexibilité le rend particulièrement adaptée à cet usage. &nbsp;Pour ma part, j&#39;ai imprimé le pneu complet sur une H2D.&nbsp;Pour fixer le pneu sur la jante, j’ai utilisé une colle forte de marque Inter Bond Fast Adhesive avec durcisseur. Il est très important de bien positionner le pneu lors du collage, en alignant correctement les quatre gorges concaves du pneu avec les quatre gorges convexes de la jante.&nbsp;Je proposerai ultérieurement une version pour le train avant, ainsi que des triangles de suspension, car ceux d’origine sont assez fragiles sur ce modèle. De plus, les pneus coûtent relativement cher neufs, d’où cette solution alternative de pneus et jantes imprimés.

I'm sharing my RC car tire creation here, originally designed for the Traxxas Rustler 4x4 VXL model. It also works for the basic 4x4 version, but I don't know yet if it's compatible with other models.&nbsp;For manufacturing, I recommend printing the rim in PC (polycarbonate), as it is the most resistant material, especially at the nut. PETG, ASA-CF, and PLA also work, but offer lower resistance but still get the job done.&nbsp;Regarding the tire, I recommend TPU 90A. Its high flexibility makes it particularly suitable for this use.&nbsp;For my part, I printed the complete tire on an H2D.&nbsp;To attach the tire to the rim, I used a strong adhesive called Inter Bond Fast Adhesive with hardener. It is very important to position the tire correctly during gluing, by properly aligning the four concave grooves of the tire with the four convex grooves of the rim.&nbsp;I will later offer a version for the front axle, as well as suspension triangles, because the original ones are quite fragile on this model. Moreover, new tires are relatively expensive, hence this alternative solution of printed tires and rims.
