COROS Dura 22.2mm Handlebar Mount Adapter

I designed this adapter to solve a fit issue after switching to Surly Moloko handlebars. The front section of the Moloko is 22.2mm—too small for the COROS Dura bike computer's stock mount. Instead of buying a new mount, I created this adapter to bridge the gap.

Printing Recommendations:

· Material: TPU (firm shore hardness recommended, e.g., 95A)

· Infill: 100%

· Supports: Required – use normal auto supports with 0.4mm upper and lower support gap (see included print profile

Note:

This model prints as a solid ring. To install it on your handlebars, you'll need to carefully cut through the ring with a sharp knife after printing. The cut allows you to wrap it around the bar. TPU's flexibility keeps the adapter secure once the mount is clamped over it.
