Arthur Morgan Portrait – Red Dead Redemption 2

This model is a framed portrait of Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption 2.
It uses color and layer variations to recreate a painted-like effect, with depth and detailed shading.

🎨 Filaments Used

Colors can be replaced with equivalent filaments from any brand:

• BambuLab PLA Basic Black
• SUNLU PLA Red
• eSUN PLA Orange
• SUNLU PLA Yellow
• BambuLab PLA Basic Jade White

🔄 Color Changes (Layers)

• Layer 1–6: Black
• Layer 7–12: Red
• Layer 13–17: Orange
• Layer 18–20: Yellow
• Layer 21–27: White

🖨️ Print Settings

• Quality: 0.08 High Quality
• Layer height: 0.08 mm
• First layer height: 0.16 mm
• Infill: 100%

⚙️ Printing with AMS

This model can also be printed using a 4-slot AMS:

• Start the print with black in the first slot
• Once the black layers are completed, manually replace the black spool with white in the same slot
• At layer 21, the printer will automatically load white

🔁 Printing without AMS

You can easily print this model without an AMS:

• In Bambu Studio, add pause at layer at each color change
• When the print pauses, manually swap the filament
• Resume printing after each change

Pause at:

• Layer 7
• Layer 13
• Layer 18
• Layer 21

Why I made this

I wanted to create an Arthur Morgan portrait using a limited number of color changes while still achieving a strong visual impact.
The goal was to keep it detailed, easy to print, and accessible even for users without an AMS.
