What is it? A compact and ultra-lightweight clip designed specifically to organize and store earbud cables. Born from the same family as the 5 Grams Cable Clip, this version is purpose-built for the thinner, more delicate cables typical of in-ear headphones — keeping them tangle-free, compact, and always ready to use.

Advantages / Benefits
- Minimal Footprint: Despite its small size, this clip handles even surprisingly long earbud cables with ease — cable length is simply not a concern.
- Surprisingly Strong: Optimized for durability and resilience, even when printed in PLA.
- Ultra-Fast Printing: A quick print ideal for using up small filament leftovers.
- Visual Organization: Turns a tangled mess of earbuds into a clean, easy-to-find system.
What's Included?
Three profiles are available, each tailored to a specific cable thickness:
- Thin (~1mm): Designed for the finest earbud cables — as seen in the product photos.
- Medium (~1.5mm): For slightly thicker cables, common in mid-range earbuds.
- Thick (~2mm): For more robust earbud cables with greater diameter.

How to use it? Simply wind your earbud cable into a neat coil and secure it with the clip that best matches the cable's thickness. The tension-fit design holds everything securely in place, whether stored in a pocket, bag, or drawer.
Compatibility Fits earbud cables with 3,5mm jack
Part of a Family This clip is a companion piece to the 5 Grams Cable Clip, a model focused on USB and power cables. Together, they form a coherent cable management system for your entire workspace — from desk cables to portable audio gear. Check the ClearDesk Vault for a nice storage system for your desk.
Materials PLA, PETG, or TPU — works with virtually any material you have on hand. The geometry ensures mechanical elasticity and strength even with rigid materials like PLA.
- Design Philosophy Pure utility. The goal was a part so simple and economical that it could be printed on demand, with zero waste. A small clip that solves a very real everyday problem.
