Description

This Open SCAD model lets you create fully customizable brackets for DIY projects, repairs, or rapid prototyping.

With editable parameters, you can easily adapt the bracket to your needs by choosing:

Main dimensions: length, width, height, and thickness.

Bend angle: from 45° to 150°, to suit different applications.

Holes and countersinks: diameter, pitch, and countersink for tapered screws.

Optional walls: side and center walls, with adjustable thickness.

Optimized geometry: edges chamfered using Minkowski operations for a robust and attractive design.

The model is parametric: simply modify the values in the script to obtain a new bracket ready to export to STL and 3D print.
