Welcome to the V5 Sentinel project! This model is born from my passion for classic mechas, reinterpreted with a more solid, technical, and contemporary look. It's not a simple replica, but a true original restyling by OMBRA3D. ✨

How many times have you printed an awesome robot only to see it collapse on its knees under its own weight? 😩 With the V5 Sentinel, I wanted to eliminate this problem at its roots, creating the perfect hybrid between a display statue and an action figure. 🏛️⚔️

🌟 Main Features

• 🛡️ Absolute Stability: The legs and pelvis are designed with fixed joints and a low center of gravity. Once placed on the shelf, it's rock-solid. It won't fall.
• 🦾 Strategic Articulations: The arms and feet are articulated. This allows you to aim the legendary sword (included) and tilt the feet to find the perfect attack pose! 🗡️

🛠️ Printing & Post-Processing Tips

📏 Scale

The model is designed to fit perfectly at its original size.

• Scale Up: No problem! Just make sure to select all parts simultaneously in your slicer.
• Scale Down: I don't recommend going below 80% to avoid weakening the articulation pins.

🧽 Sanding & Finishing

In the areas where the printer generated supports, I recommend lightly sanding the contact points. This will make the surfaces perfectly smooth and even.

🎨 Painting

The model looks great straight off the build plate, but it truly shines when hand-painted! Especially after sanding the supported areas, a good primer and some acrylic paints will make all the restyling details pop!
