HEMAN Garden Gnome – The world's most muscular garden gnome! 💪🧔♂️
Hey Maker friends!
Here comes the HEMAN Garden Gnome – the ultimate power version of the classic garden gnome! Instead of the usual little old man with a wheelbarrow, we have the ultimate bodybuilder among gnomes: broad shoulders, a six-pack, biceps like Popeye, and still the traditional red pointed hat, the long white bushy beard, and the typical garden gnome pose with hands on hips.
The gnome is intentionally designed so that it can be painted perfectly. In the example image, I hand-painted it with airbrush (base colors + soft shading) and dry-brush technique (highlights on beard, muscles, and clothing) – just like a proper miniature model. The result looks amazing!

Print Recommendations (tested on Bambu Lab X1C/P1S):
- Filament: PLA+ or PETG (for more stability)
- Layer height: 0.16–0.2 mm (for fine details)
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Supports: Minimal only (under the brim of the hat and possibly the hands)
- Infill: 15–20 %
- No rafts needed
The gnome prints stably and without issues. The surface has a slight 3D print texture, which is great as a base for dry-brush effects when painting.
Painting Tip (as in the photo):
- Red pointed hat (bright red + dark shading)
- White beard with grey depths and white highlights
- Natural skin tone with muscle shading
- Blue pants + brown boots + golden belt buckle
