Hello! These are 3D scans of the OEM Handguards for the BMW R1200GS/GSA. In the photos, I have the 3d printed Handguard installed on my bike in PA12 CF (custom pattern I did for my personal bike). The 3d scans were dimensionally accurate so the photo is to demonstrate that they do fit with no issues. I have made minor tweaks to the overall design but tried to keep it as close to OEM as possible.
The photos of the handguards in my hand were printed in ASA and this is what the offered design will look like. Exactly like the OEM handguards with minor tweaks.
If you do print these out and decide to use them, they will need some post processing to achieve an OEM kind of finish. The fit is spot on but the finish is where these will really shine. I did not finish these but have played with my battery covers and wind deflectors and they finish exceptionally well.
You could easily print these out, and paint them to your desired color. Not to mention, save a ton of money as these retail for $100-120 a pair from the manufacturer.
The print profile included is in PA12 CF. I will be including the ASA print profile once i get it dialed in and optimized.

I was very excited about putting these up and didn't take really good photos of them on the bike. I will update the photos as I take better photos.
