Unlike traditional round washers, the square profile provides improved surface contact and helps prevent rotation in certain applications—making it especially useful in assemblies where stability matters.

  • Inner Diameter (ID): Size of the central hole
  • Length: Overall size in one direction
  • Width: Overall size in the perpendicular direction
  • Height: Thickness of the spacer
  • Fillet (vertical edges): Radius applied to vertical edges to reduce stress concentrations and improve handling

🖨️ Printing Tips

  • Use PLA for general use, or PETG/ABS for higher strength and heat resistance
  • Print flat on the square face for best bed adhesion
  • 3–4 perimeters recommended for durability
