The legendary cook of the Straw Hat Pirates is here! This Vinsmoke Sanji statue is specifically designed and optimized for FDM printing. I have refined the details of his suit and pose to ensure they print perfectly with PLA, avoiding the common issues of thin parts that are too fragile for filament.
FDM Print Settings
For the best result on your Bambu Lab (or any FDM printer), use these settings:
- Layer Height: 0.12mm (Highly recommended for facial details).
- Supports: Required. Use Tree Supports for the best surface finish and easy removal.
- Infill: 12% Gyroid (provides great internal strength).
- Walls: 3 Wall Loops (essential for the stability of the legs and torso).
- Material: PLA works best for this level of detail.
AMS & Multi-Color
This model is perfect for Bambu Lab AMS. You can easily paint the model in Bambu Studio:
- Hair: Yellow/Blonde
- Suit: Black or Dark Blue
- Shirt: Light Blue/Yellow
- Shoes: Black/Glossy
