Print Profile(1)

Description
This notebook is designed for folded DIN A4 sheets and requires no additional assembly
The pivot points and spine are printed directly – simply print and snap together

The individual parts can be easily slid into one another
Depending on print accuracy, some force may be required, which simultaneously ensures a firm and secure fit

For optimal stability, I recommend printing the axle with 6 wall lines (as set in the print profile)
This makes the pivot points particularly robust After assembly, carefully move the model in all directions
All axes should 'snap' lightly once After that, the joint is fully movable I printed the model in Sunlu PLA 2.0 +
The model is symmetrically built – there is no fixed front or back If you want to use the version without a logo
you can simply print the corresponding side twice The sheets are held by an internal elastic band
A band with a diameter of 1.2 mm was used Practical countersinks are integrated into the hinge so that the knot disappears neatly and does not protrude
