World Cup Trophy Lamp - Collectible Printable Edition
Bring the glory of football to your desk with this lamp inspired by the world's most iconic trophy. This design is not just a decorative piece, but an engineering project conceived for a flawless appearance and uniform light diffusion, fully optimized for support-free 3D printing.
The structure consists of two main parts that assemble using an integrated thread system, ensuring a robust, aesthetic connection and facilitating interior access for light kit maintenance.
Lighting Compatibility
Specifically designed to perfectly fit the “Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit 001”. Nevertheless, the base is easily modifiable or can be perforated in the slicer to adapt other standard LED light sockets.
Printing Instructions (Recommended Settings)
To achieve the translucent and elegant finish seen in the photos, follow these parameters:
1. Lampshade (Trophy):
- Vase Mode (Spiral Vase): For optimal light diffusion, the upper part should be printed in vase mode.
- Lampshade Base: The first 6 mm of the part contain the connecting thread. This section should be printed solidly (by increasing bottom layers or using 100% infill modifiers) to ensure the thread is strong and does not break when tightened.
- Recommended material: PLA Silk Gold or PETG Translucent for a superior "glow" effect.
2. Lamp Base:
- Infill: 15-20% with Gyroid pattern for greater stability.
- Walls: Minimum 3 wall lines to ensure the integrity of the internal thread.
- Details: The base includes the "FIFA WORLD CUP" relief. A layer height of 0.16 mm or less is recommended for sharp letters and rings.
Quick Assembly
- Install the LED kit into the base, centering the cable through the bottom slot.
- Secure the kit with screws or adhesive (depending on your version).
- Gently screw the lampshade onto the base clockwise.
- Enjoy the trophy in your own home!
