A modular storage box inspired by the classic "Hagrid's birthday cake for Harry" from the movie Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, combining authentic appeal with practical functionality

“Couldn’t make you a proper one…
so I got you this. Might’ve sat on it at some point… but it’ll taste alright.”

“Not every day your young man turns eleven, now is it?”

“You’re a wizard, Harry.”

Also, thank you for your boost and comments!

Print & Filament Instructions:

  1. Two configurations are provided: a scaled-down size of 150mm diameter (as shown in the real-life photos) and a movie-accurate size of 200mm diameter
  2. The cake lid is configured for AMS multi-color printing. If there is enough interest (more than 20 boosts), a test multi-part version will be created. Alternatively, you can print it in a single color and paint it manually
  3. The filaments used in the real-life photos are:
    1. Light pink cake (PLA Glow fluorescent pink) (yes, so the cake glows at night, see actual photos)
    2. Colored cake edge (PLA Basic pink)
    3. Green text (PLA Silk+ silk candy green)

Support Removal & Installation Instructions:

  1. Due to the curved design of the top cover, the print orientation had to be adjusted to include a ring of support along the edge. Depending on your filament, there may be some support residue. Please carefully remove it so that the lid can close properly
