⚠️ Important: Before assembly (Freeing the reed)! To get the full, loud sound from your noisemaker, the built-in "reed" (the spring/clicker inside the flag) needs to be released once after printing. It is easiest to do this before assembling the parts:

• Method 1 (Pressing): Simply press firmly into the middle of the reed until it snaps free from the edges. (See GIF)

  

• Method 2 (Cutting): Carefully trace around the gap of the reed once with a craft knife/scalpel, then press it to release. (See GIF)

  

   

🛠️ Easy Assembly (No glue required!): The model is well-designed and can be assembled in seconds. Once the reed in the flag springs freely, just follow these steps:

1. Prepare the base: Take the handle and slide on a washer (Important: The square must face upwards), followed by the first sleeve.

    

2. Flag & Gear: Insert the gear into the recess in the middle of the flag and slide them together onto the handle.

    

3. Top spacers: Slide the second sleeve onto the axis from above. Then add the second washer (Important: The square must face downwards towards the flag).

    

4. Secure: Finally, screw the ball onto the thread at the top to lock everything in place.
