Description
Garmin Varia with AirTag SWAT mount for Specialized saddles
This version is a strengthened remix of the original design, created after an earlier PETG print of the source model fractured at a known weak point during normal riding. To address this, the I reinforced the geometry in the stressed region and tuned the print parameters by increasing the number of wall loops, adding extra top and bottom shell layers, and raising the sparse infill density for better internal support. This print profile is specifically optimized for ASA to further improve toughness and durability.
Note: This mount is designed to fit under the saddle, and is only compatible with very small saddle bags.
