If you like this model, please consider giving me a boost. Thanks :)

A drying box for dessicant in the shape of a half-spool. Printed in two pieces since this orientation gives it maximum strength. Simply glue the two halves together. Use superglue (Cyanoacrylate) for most filaments.

It has a slightly flat bottom which allows it to stand by itself, while still being in the shape of a spool so it fits everywhere a spool would, like inside an AMS 2 Pro*/AMS HT* or a dryer like the Sunlu S4/S2/S1 or Polydryer for example. *NOTE FOR AMS 2 pro: I´ve heard reports it might not fit, so if someone else could confirm this aswell, that would be great, as I don´t have an AMS 2 pro for testing. Also, turn rotating spool off.

As always, I recommend printing in a high temp filament like ASA if you want it to withstand high drying temperatures like 70c (the one in the pictures is made from ASA). However, PETG works well but with lower drying temps of course.

Please note: Good adhesion is IMPORTANT since there are so many tiny holes and walls. I recommend cleaning the plate before starting the print

Happy printing!
