This is a fully modular 3D‑printable chess board designed in four quadrants with an eight‑piece frame system, double‑sided dovetail connectors, and a custom support‑cleaning tool for fast, clean post‑processing. Each part is designed for small printers, easy assembly, and a tight, professional fit once everything is locked together.

Board Layout

• The board is divided into 4 quadrants:
  • 1 = Top Left
  • 2 = Top Right
  • 3 = Bottom Left
  • 4 = Bottom Right
• Each quad slots into the frame for perfect alignment.

Frame System

• 8 total frame pieces (two per side)
• 8 double‑sided dovetail connectors for each frame intersection
• Dovetails slide in smoothly and hold the frame rigid without glue
• Designed for strength, repeatability, and clean edges

Support‑Cleaning Tool

Included is a custom tool designed specifically for clearing the dovetail grooves.
