A universal slope-correcting wedge for any base — round, octagonal, square, or anything in between — sitting on an uneven or inclined surface. Fully parametric in OpenSCAD: enter your diameter, slope percentage, and number of sides, and the model updates automatically.

─── WHAT IT DOES ───

This wedge sits between the floor and any base — adjustable pedestals for raised terraces, table legs, sofa feet, appliance feet, machinery pads, speaker stands — and corrects the tilt, keeping everything perfectly level. The shape of the wedge itself (round, octagonal, square…) matches your base exactly.

─── FULLY PARAMETRIC ───

All dimensions are controlled via the OpenSCAD Customizer — no coding required:

• Pedestal / base diameter — fits any size (default: 150 mm)
• Slope percentage — dial in your exact inclination (e.g. 1%, 2%, 3%...)
• Number of sides — controls the shape: 4 = square, 6 = hexagon, 8 = octagon, 100 = circle. Match it exactly to your base footprint
• Clearance — extra diameter gap for easy fit
• Minimum thickness — wall thickness at the lowest point (default: 3 mm)
• Rim height & thickness — optional containment lip that follows the tilted surface
• Drain notch width — water exit openings on both low and high sides

─── SMART FEATURES ───

• Underside drainage channels (0°, 45°, 90°, 135°) — prevents water pooling under outdoor pedestals
• Central drain hole (25 mm) — aligns with standard pedestal drainage holes
• Drain notches on rim — water exits freely on both the low and high sides
• Half-support mode — prints only the raised half of the wedge, cutting filament use by ~50% with no loss of function

• Material: PETG, TPU or ASA recommended for outdoor use; PLA or TPU fine for indoor furniture
• Layer height: 0.2–0.28 mm
• Perimeters: 3–4
• Infill: 20–30% (Gyroid or Grid)
• Supports: not needed
• Orientation: flat face down
• Brim: optional, useful for large diameters on smooth beds
