Description

I needed a split escutcheon to place around existing hot and cold water supply lines for my sink. I couldn't find one that would fit my application so I made one (0.86" center). People seemed interested in this design so I made a few more sizes. This could be printed in the desired color or painted to match the wall.

Escutcheon 0 86.STL has a 0.86" diameter hole in the center.
Escutcheon 0 86 1.STL has a 0.86" diameter hole in the center and 1" recess in the face in case you need to accommodate a hex nut near the wall.
Escutcheon 1 0.STL has a 1.0" diameter hole in the center.
Escutcheon 1 1.STL has a 1.1" diameter hole in the center.
Escutcheon 1 4.STL has a 1.4" diameter hole in the center.
Escutcheon 1 5.STL has a 1.5" diameter hole in the center.
Escutcheon 1 7.STL has a 1.7" diameter hole in the center.
Escutcheon 2 0.STL has a 2.0" diameter hole in the center.

I suggest printing it with Support Placement "Touching Buildplate" for the pin that sticks out from the side. If you print it with Support Placement "Everywhere" it will create a support inside of the mating hole which is a hassle to remove.

The mating hole is slightly larger than the pin so it provides a good friction fit when you put the pieces together, but it could also be glued during installation.

I included the original Solidworks files in case you want to edit this design to match your own dimensions.
