Description
This is a mount and filament spool holder stand for BMCU370C
I am still a beginner, so I don't know much about detailed settings
For now, I tried printing with 10mm thick arms using leftover PLA Matte
There are no issues with use, but it flexed and swayed a bit, so
I also prepared 20mm thick arms (unchecked)
Those who know more, please try changing to stiffer materials or internal structures
The orange parts in the image, other than the Bambu logo, are separate parts that are fitted in
Depending on the material and printing method, the fit may be poor
If it's loose, use super glue; if it's too tight, use a file
The logo can also be printed in two colors manually, so you can print it without an AMS
Required Parts
6 M5x25mm cap screws
6 M5 nuts
2 M8x140mm threaded rods
8 608 bearings
2 M3 screws for BMCU mounting
6 M4x5mm~8mm set screws
When using the 20mm thick arms, extend M5 and M8 by 10mm
If the M8 threaded rod is too short, the rollers won't turn, and if it's too long, there will be too much play. It's a poorly designed system. Sorry lol
