Dualtron Front Turn Signal Adapter

This adapter is designed to install additional turn signals on Dualtron electric scooters. I have chosen the ones in this publication; they are 12VDC sequential LED motorcycle turn signals. 

Assembly instructions: 

1. Mount turn signals on both parts, securing them with their nuts. 
2. Place the two halves on the scooter's stem. 
3. Pass the cables through the lower guides designed for this purpose 
4. Screw according to animation. 

Why install this update/improvement on your scooter?

1. It is well known that when riding an electric scooter on urban roads shared with other vehicles (cars, buses, vans), if there isn't a safe distance, it's impossible to see the factory turn signal lights integrated into the chassis. For this reason, this design has been made that allows raising the front turn signal light to the desired height so that it is visible even from short distances from the vehicle in front of us. 
   1. It also improves the visibility of these signals to people on sidewalks and.. 
   2. Considerably increases safety when driving this type of vehicle. 
   3. Reduces the risk of accidents caused by poor visibility of factory turn signals. 
   4. The sequence clearly indicates the desired direction of travel. 

Printing notes: 

• It is recommended to print in PETG or ABS, as they withstand chemical agents and weather conditions, as well as UV rays much better than PLA. 
• If you do not have an AMS, you can print it in a single color. 
• No supports are needed. 
• Make sure to clean your build plate. 

Electrical installation notes: 

• You will need 2 x DC-DC converters from 60-80Vdc to 12Vdc. 

• Locate and connect the two power cables of the right lamp to the DC converter and its output to the new turn signal lamp. 

• Locate and connect the two power cables of the left lamp to the DC converter and its output to the new turn signal lamp. 

• If desired, you can disable the factory turn signals as they will no longer be necessary.

• 2 x M3x25 Screws  
• 2 x M3 Nut 
• 2 x Sequential LED Turn Signals (full kit of 4)
