The Royal Court:
- The King: A battle-worn monarch resting his hands on a broadsword.
- The Queen: Elegant yet commanding, a perfect centerpiece for the board.
- The Bishop: A scholarly figure holding sacred scriptures.
- The Knight: A brave warrior mounted on a sturdy warhorse.
- The Rook: A classic fortified tower, symbolizing an unbreakable defense.
- The Pawn: A stout defender equipped with a kite shield and helmet.
Print Settings Recommendations:
- Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm for optimal detail.
- Infill: 15-20% (Gyroiod recommended for balance).
- Supports: Minimal supports may be needed for the King's sword or the Knight's chin depending on your printer's cooling.
- Material: Works great in both PLA (for FDM) and Resin (for maximum detail).
The models are so detailed that you need to be careful when removing supports for small elements (e.g., hands, fingers). Of course, this problem is significantly minimized when printing at a larger scale. Remember to exercise extreme caution.
