Description

Welcome to the tiny daily ritual of tool-drawer sanity: drop your Kobalt 3-piece offset screwdriver set into a bin that actually fits it, closes the chaos loop, and looks clean doing it. This is an 8×2 Gridfinity bin with a stackable lip, designed so the drivers store flush with the top surface—no snagging, no awkward protrusions—while a generous finger cutout makes each one easy to grab and go.

This model is 2U tall, so it stays compact while still giving the tools a snug, satisfying home.

Features

  • Made for the exact Kobalt 3-piece offset set shown (fitment-forward)
  • Gridfinity 8×2 footprint with a stackable lip
  • 2U height: compact storage that still feels purpose-built
  • Flush storage: tools sit level with the bin surface for a clean, snag-free layout
  • Easy removal: integrated finger scoop makes grab-and-go effortless
  • Dedicated pockets keep each driver from rattling or migrating
  • No-nonsense print: simple, sturdy geometry with no assembly

Print Recommendations

  • Orientation: Print flat on the bed (as modeled)
  • Material: PLA is perfect; PETG is great if you want tougher bins
  • Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.16 mm if you want extra crisp edges)
  • Walls: 3–4
  • Infill: 10–20% (Gyroid or Grid)
  • Top/Bottom layers: 4–5
  • Supports: None

Fit tip: If your printer runs a little tight, a tiny amount of XY/horizontal expansion adjustment (or a quick edge deburr) will dial in that “drops in perfectly” feel.

Fitment Note

Designed for the Kobalt 3-piece offset screwdriver set shown. I haven’t verified fitment with other variants—if you try it and it fits another set, drop a comment and I’ll update the listing.
