This screw-together grommet is made for reinforcing holes in tarpaulins or fabric covers for gardens, terraces, or camping and hiking. It is made for holes of 24mm diameter and internal diameter of eyelet is 20mm. It has serrated edge for easier screwing together or unscrewing and to achieve stronger grip while installing. 

 

Printed in PETG, but for outdoor use consider ABS or ASA for it's UV resistance.

Is there a way to scale this a little bit smaller? had a thought it would look fantastic as an addition to a jacket for a carabiner eyelet...

I did not try to scale it down. You need to try it in the slicer and print it to see if it is rigid enough, but I am afraid it will not be that simple... as the walls thickness and dimensions were designed to translate to certain number of walls/layers at 100% scale... Let me know if you succeeded... or need some exact size...
