There are two pairs of files in the configuration. For sticking to the inside, it is recommended to use plate 2; for the outside, it is recommended to use plate 1. Generally, for normal ear standing, you only need to choose one. You can scale it according to your needs; this size is quite versatile.

My dog had ear surgery, and after the stitches were removed, one piece of ear cartilage hypertrophied and became very thick, leading to asymmetrical ear standing. Online products didn't have enough stretching power to flatten the folds in its ear cartilage, so I designed a TPU brace myself that provides both support and comfort. This is a brace only; it needs to be attached to the ear with medical adhesive. I stuck a pair on both the inner and outer walls to hold the ear. The adhesive should be an acrylate-based skin adhesive or secured over a large area with medical tape. After fixing both ears, you can use a wide Velcro strap, like those for cable management, threaded through the holes and secured on top of the head, adjusting for symmetry. It usually falls off by itself with metabolism in 3-7 days.
