🧊 Mini Cooler for On-the-Go – Perfect for the Beach & More

This compact mini cooler is your ideal companion for on-the-go – whether for the beach, park, or festival. It offers space for up to 4 cans and ensures your drinks are always at hand and neatly stored.

🔧 Highlights

  • 🥤 Space for 4 cans in various sizes
  • 🧩 Removable tray – Cans can be easily removed all at once
  • 🎯 Modular design for different can types
  • 🔄 Movable handle for easy transport

🥫 Compatible Cans & Trays

For maximum flexibility, there are various tray variants:

  • Standard cans: 333 ml – 355 ml (same width as a 500ml can)
  • Narrow cans: 333 ml (classic elongated cola can)
  • Slim cans: 250 ml (e.g., Red Bull)

👉 Note: Each print profile includes an image for the corresponding cans

🧪 Material & Cooling Performance

I printed the cooler entirely from PLA myself, and it already works surprisingly well – drinks stay cool for an astonishingly long time.

👉 For the best result, however, I recommend printing with PETG, as this material:

  • holds temperatures better
  • shields better against external heat

❄️ Optional Ice Pack

Additionally, there is a suitable ice pack that can be filled with water and screwed with a small round plate.

Important notes:

  • Do not fill completely – some air must be included
  • 🧊 For optimal results, I also recommend PETG here
  • ⚙️ Best printed with my optimized print settings

🛠️ Assembly (Installation)

Assembly is quick and easy:

  1. Print main body (incl. 2 separate threaded inserts)
  2. Insert threaded inserts
    • Simply press into the main body
    • Secure with a little super glue
  3. Mount handle
    • Fasten with the printed screws
    • The handle remains movable
  4. Insert tray & put lid on

➡️ Done! Your mini cooler is ready for the next outing ☀️

🚀 Coming soon
