We decided to let this one rip! Super fun to throw it out like an extending sword.
I'd say BE CAUTIOUS using silk PLA. I've played with mine a lot, without problem, & it is printed out of basic PLA. But silk can be fragile & have some difficulty with inter-layer adhesion. The links are strong, but Silk PLA is often not.
