To surface-mount the power cable for a robot vacuum cleaner, a set of cable trunking and connectors that support 90-degree turns has been designed

(Designed with a width of 20mm, perfectly fitting non-marking double-sided tape that is 20mm wide (1mm thick), which can be stuck to the target location)

Divided into 3 types: corner, inner corner, outer corner

Please note: inner corners occupy 20mm in length, while corner/outer corners occupy 10mm in length. Therefore, when scaling the cable trunking later, remember to subtract the corner length

For example: if the cable routing length is 180mm, and you use a "corner" at one end and an "inner corner" at the other, the target length for the cable trunking should be 180mm-10mm-20mm=150mm

Length: The configuration provides a default example of 100mm. Please scale it according to actual needs in your slicer (remember to uncheck "uniform scaling"). For example:

Cover (taking a target length of 150mm as an example):

Channel (taking a target length of 150mm as an example), please note:

• Scale the middle section (150mm minus 10mm from each of the two connecting parts, i.e., 150mm-20mm=130mm)

  

• Move the connecting parts on both sides (increased by 150mm-100mm=50mm, so the left side moves left by 50mm/2=25mm, and the right side moves right by 50mm/2=25mm)

Under normal circumstances, simply press it firmly into the hole. For a more secure fit, you can apply some glue.

In abnormal situations, for example, if different filaments are used, inconsistent tolerances may result in a loose connector. In such cases, glue must be used!

Finally, when using double-sided tape for adhesion, conenctors may not be necessary!
