Scaled at 98mm to match the 1:19 series, this model is a masterpiece of skeletal engineering for FDM printing.

Functional & High-Detail Design

Designed with a "Chunky Skeleton" philosophy, the arm and leg bones have been reinforced to ensure they don't snap under the weight of the print. The massive feather boa and the striped suit provide deep Z-depth textures that pop beautifully at high resolutions. The three-point contact system (two feet and the cane) ensures the model is self-standing and exceptionally stable.

⚙️ Technical Printing & Slice Settings (Certified)

• Layer Height: 0.08mm (Crucial for the facial features and the texture of the boa).
• Nozzle: 0.4mm.
• Infill: 15-20% (Gyroid).
• Supports: Tree supports are mandatory.

🛠️ Post-Processing & The "Jaw" Warning (READ CAREFULLY)

This model is a skeletal structure, which means it has specific fragile zones.

• ⚠️ The Mandible (CRITICAL): The open mouth and jaw are extremely delicate. During support removal, the jaw can easily detach if pulled too hard.
• ⚠️ Pro Tip: Use a fine metal pick tool to loosen the supports inside the mouth first. If the jaw does snap, don't panic: a tiny drop of CA glue (Super Glue) will fix it perfectly and be invisible once dry.
• ⚠️ Shikomizue (Cane): The cane is long and thin. Hold the torso firmly when cleaning the supports around the hand to avoid putting leverage on the wrist.
