Pachycephalosaurus / DracoRex Skull Fossil
Print Profile(1)

Description
Pachycephalosaurus Juvenile / “DracoRex”
Design is based off of a juvenile Pachycephalosaurus skull fossil, also known as a “Dracorex” in some circles.
The print is quite long but worth it. I highly suggest tuning your filament before printing. Assuming you are using my print profile, the supports can easily be removed via:
- Soaking the model is warm-ish water to soften them and remove them. (Note, not too hot or else you could deform the skull)
- Lightly hitting them with an object (My preferred option)
Note: While you can go faster with different settings; I found that the teeth and a few other parts do not form well at that resolution. You had to reduce the speed by 50% which resulted in a longer time than higher resolution at 100% speed.
Note that the model is not fully dimensionally and historically accurate due to not being allowed to directly scan the skull myself. This reproduction was performed via various Image-to-3D tools.
