★ Heavy-Duty Extension Cord Wall Hook - No Support

Description
I could not find a clean, sturdy wall hook designed to keep my extension cord off the ground to print or even to purchase — so I designed one that I'm really proud of.
It's perfect for my lithium converted Club Car golf cart charging cable, or any extension cord you want to leave plugged in and keep handy.
NO SUPPORTS
I designed this to print perfectly on a variety of printers without any need for supports and to come out looking like an injection molded part.
CUSTOMIZABLE / PARAMETRIC
Use the Customize button to dial in your exact screw hole size, shelf depth, lip height, or cord gap — or just grab the included STL and print as-is.
SCREW COMPATIBILITY
Designed around Tapcon 28350 flat head concrete screws (3/16"), which are great for garage and basement walls. But you can easily swap to any screw — the countersink and clearance hole are parametric. Drywall screws, wood screws, lag bolts — just adjust the dimensions in the Customizer.
PRINT SETTINGS
Printed in Bambu Lab PLA Basic, which is slightly stronger than PLA Matte and more than sufficient for this application. No need for PETG or ABS unless the part will be in direct sun. No supports are required. I used a 0.12 layer height for a smoother, more injection-molded look. Wall loops were set to 4 with Detect Thin Walls enabled. Sparse infill density was set to 50% using a Gyroid pattern for added strength. This is all set in the shared 3MF file.
