Mount Rushmore is a world-famous Place located in the state of South Dakota. It features a massive bas-relief carved into the granite face of the mountain.
The sculpture depicts four iconic U.S. presidents:

- Thomas Jefferson — the principal author of the Declaration of Independence
- Theodore Roosevelt — known for his leadership in economic development and conservation
- Abraham Lincoln — who led the country through the Civil War and helped end slavery
