Description

I made a wall/peg board mounted sawzall blade holder for up to 16 blades at different sizes/lengths!

(Peg board C-C hole is 12mm)

My prints settings:

  • Layer height: 0,2mm
  • Walls: 3
  • Infill: 15%
  • Infill pattern: Cross Hatch
  • NO SUPPORTS needed due to angles of corners and hole tolerences
  • Print orientatio: standing up
  • Build plate: Smooth/textured doesnt matter (Just remember to double check that you picked the right one)
  • Brim: NO , if you are having trouble with bad bed adhesion please use a brim :)

Cheat sheet:

16 slots

27mm wide

2,7mm “thick” should fit most of the blades on the market

Holes are :

10,4mm outer diameter (were the bolt head/screw head goes)

and 5,4mm inner hole

If you liked this one, feel free to check out my other prints I made for the garage

Enjoy :) and have a nice day!
