Find yourself often spelling out words to someone on the phone? Need the phonetic sounds for each letter? Or maybe you just want to nerd out with a bookmark featuring the words of the International Radiotelephony Spelling Alphabet? These are for you. Available in 2 fonts. You can customize the colors however you want. Note that the STL files are larger in size than the bookmarks in the 3mf file. The 3mf file bookmarks are scaled down to my standard 50x150mm bookmark size. I find scaling down in Bambu Slicer gives cleaner text lines than scaling down in hueforge. If you use the STL to build and print the file, make sure you only scale the x and y to 50 x 150 mm – do not scale the z. And turn on arachne walls. Enjoy! 

Project: NASA's Phonetic Alphabet Bookmark (aka The International Radiotelephony Spelling Alphabet)

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm
The Model is 67x200mm in size (3mf is scaled to 50x150mm)
You may print at higher layer heights below the Base Thickness of 0.64mm
The Max allowed Thickness is 2.4mm and the Actual Thickness is 1.84mm

This print uses 3 unique filaments (but you can replace then with whatever colors you want)
PLA BambuLab Basic Black     
PLA Bambu Matte Sky Blue      
PLA BambuLab Matte Ivory White    

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #8 (0.72mm) swap to Sky Blue
At layer #14 (1.2mm) swap to Ivory White for the rest.
 

All photos you see are of the actual print. Using the same filament choices will give the same result. 3mf file is AMS ready to slice and print with height range modifier and layers prepared for you. If using the STL to print the file, apply color swaps by their mm height and use height modifications and infill instructions as per the directions provided. You can safely ignore any error message about floating regions. You do NOT need a prime tower if you are printing with the STL file. Finally, if you wish to scale the design, do NOT scale the Z axis.
