Description

Temperature tower test model designed to determine the optimal printing temperature for PLA on Bambu Lab 3D printers. The model is built as a vertical tower divided into multiple sections, each printed at a different nozzle temperature.

Each level includes small geometric features such as overhangs, bridges, and fine details, allowing for easy evaluation of print quality. By comparing stringing, surface finish, sharpness, and layer consistency across the different sections, it becomes clear which temperature produces the best overall result.

This type of test is especially useful for dialing in settings that affect surface quality, including ironing performance. Choosing the correct temperature helps achieve smoother top layers, cleaner details, and a more visually appealing finish.

The model is quick to print and provides a clear, side-by-side comparison, making it an essential calibration tool for improving PLA print quality and achieving clean, consistent results.
