Just sliced this model, and trying to figure out why the supports don't touch the model? Thanks

That's how supports work. The gap is controlled by `Top Z distance` in the support section of bambu studio. The default is 0.2mm. You can reduce it but it'll make the supports much harder to remove. You don't want them to become part of the model.

very cool idea, but the supports made the heads all come off. not one of the heads stayed on with the preconfigured profile for my x2d.
