Description
This square tube end cap is designed to neatly close 30x30mm metal tubes of 1.5mm thickness with a clean, flush finish.

The insert fits tubes with 1.5mm wall thickness (≈27x27mm internal size) and features a slight taper to guide insertion. A subtle retention bulge around the inserted part offers a secure, snug fit once seated.
With a 22mm insertion depth, the cap provides stable positioning while remaining easy to install. The outer face sits perfectly flush with the tube for a clean and finished appearance. No hammer needed, just a firm push from your hand.
The geometry follows typical internal corner radii of metal tubing, improving fit and reducing play.
