🚀 Universal Dust Adapter System – Metabo Quick & Ø32 Hose

This project is a complete dust extraction adapter system designed to make connecting tools, hoses, and vacuum accessories fast and simple.

The adapters are compatible with the Metabo Quick system and can also be used with a Ø32 mm vacuum hose thanks to the included screw-on hose connector.

With the simple Twist'n Lock / Twist'n Loose mechanism, swapping dust nozzles takes only seconds.

🔌 Compatible With Metabo Quick System

All dust nozzles in this series use the Metabo Quick interface, allowing fast connection and removal of attachments.

Simply push the nozzle onto the connector and start working.

To remove it, just twist the nozzle slightly and release the lock.

🧰 Screw-On Ø32 mm Hose Adapter

The system also includes a dedicated hose adapter for Ø32 mm vacuum hoses.

The adapter can be easily screwed directly onto the hose, making it durable and easy to replace if damaged.

The hose adapter consists of three parts:

• Hose connector
• Union nut
• Locking ring

Assembly

1. Clip the locking ring into the union nut
2. Slide the assembly onto the hose
3. Screw the hose connector onto the hose

Once assembled, you can attach any compatible nozzle using the quick connection system.

Changing dust nozzles is designed to be fast and effortless.

• Insert the nozzle into the connector
• Plug in to lock
• Twist to release

This makes switching between different adapters quick and convenient during work.

If you need a specific size, feel free to request it.

Alternatively, you can use the included Dummy Connector to design your own custom nozzles.

  (ideal for tools like Bosch GEX sanders)
• Dyson adapter
  Allows reuse of older Dyson DC22c hoses and nozzles

  Compatible with Parkside PAESP 12 & PASSP 12  tools

This project is designed as a growing adapter library.

The idea is to create a print profile collection so you can easily select and print exactly the adapter you need.

New adapters can easily be added as the system grows.

• Print speed: slow to medium (use Generic TPU profile alos for Bambu TPU)

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 25–35 %
• Walls: 6 perimeters (0.2 Strength standard Profile)
• Supports: not required
