I created a very simple grille to keep annoying insects away, entirely 3D Printed for a 160mm hole (VMC).

The parametric model can be divided into parts, and for those who are not interested in the grille but need a through-hole, simply remove the central part from the objects.

The grille in the object menu (after separating the model into parts “P”) should have Top shell layers and Bottom shell layers set to 0, while for the grille density, just modify the Sparse Infill Density percentage

  • For a successful print it is mandatory to use the Bambulab glue stick on the build plate.

  •  If you have printed my model, please leave a comment with a photo and feedback, Boosts are highly appreciated if this model worked well for you, thank you very much!

  • If you encountered printing issues, report them to me immediately so I can correct any errors.
