Description
Did you break your trolley wheel? Don't throw away the whole suitcase! ♻️ With this fully parametric 3D model, you can create a custom replacement wheel for your luggage (originally tested on a Carpisa trolley, but adaptable to any brand)
The design consists of a rim divided into two parts ("rim 1" and "rim 2"), a flexible outer tire, and two side bushings to ensure smooth rolling

- Tire Diameter: The total outer diameter of the wheel
- Tire Width: The thickness of the tire
- Overall Width: The maximum width of the wheel (to fit it perfectly into the suitcase's fork)
- Screw Diameter (Center Hole): The diameter of the through-pin or bolt that will secure the wheel
🛠️ Assembly Instructions: Assembly is quick and easy:
- Insert the tire between the two rim halves (rim 1 and rim 2)
- Securely fasten and join the two rim halves using 2 M2.5 x 8mm screws
- Insert the two printed bushings into both ends of the wheel's center hole
- Position the assembled wheel in the trolley's fork and secure it by passing a sufficiently long screw/bolt through, locking it with a self-locking nut (as shown in the photos)
