Description
This is a replica of the Atlantic Signal 21GC PTT buttons.
Can be used as a display item or a functional ptt
See BOM for parts need.
If used for just a display model you can skip most of the item and glue it together.
If you need a PTT board I can recommend this one from Northernstrategic.com
Assembly
- Insert the brass insert into the PTT body
- Glue the Tactile Switch inplace
- Insert the cable refile
- I used a cable tie to secure the cables
- Pull cable through the refile. It can be fiddly inserting the cable to make it easier twist the cable when inserting it.
- Solder the wire to the switches, they can share ground.
- Put glue around the edges of the buttons and insert them.
- Screw on the backside
