Join

A fun and easy to print Day of the Dead twist fidget. No AMS, supports, or brim needed.

Small is just over 2" (50mm) cubed, stretching out to 7" (175mm.) Large is over 3" (80mm) cubed, out to 11.5" (290mm.)

Default print profiles are highly recommended, scaling is not. Ignore the floating regions warning. Print should articulate right off the bed with very smooth movements within a minute of play.

Pics are always welcomed. Enjoy!

Adhesion issues? Try adhesive. Print parts sticking at the very tops? Ensure auto flow rate calibration is turned on and reduce movement speed by printing in quiet mode. Print a solid statue? Sorry, but you have some printer issues to sort out.

Yes, ignore. Load the provided print profile, change to your filament of choice, slice, ignore, print. I was agressive with angles to add quite a bit of detail, but nothing your printer can't handle.

Thank you, and I struggled with that a bit too. The problem wasn't my design but inner wall speed. While I can't be sure it will solve the problem for other people's designs, I would suggest saving my print settings and naming it something like Twist Fidgets, then load up the other's and change the print settings from its designers degfault to your new Twist Fidget setting. It's how I print all vertical fidgets now, seems to be a great balance between efficiency and durability.
