MultiLink T Corner | T-Connector for MultiBoard Octagon Plates is the second model in the MultiLink series, an original 3D project completely redesigned to provide a solution compatible with the MultiBoard / MultiBuild ecosystem while not being part of the official project. Following the successful L Corner launch, the T Corner was born out of the same strong appreciation for the MultiBoard system and the desire to thank Jonathan Kobylanski for creating such a useful, flexible, and community-loved modular platform. MultiLink is not meant to replace MultiBoard, but to offer a compatible and specialized alternative for building containers and modular structures with perfect 90° geometry, avoiding the space wasted by inclined solutions or systems based on 45° angles.
The MultiBoard / MultiBuild system provides a very broad modular ecosystem, with boards, tiles, beams, snaps, base parts, and other components designed for organization and custom structures. On the official multibuild.io website, you can find references to the system, the component library, and free tools for generating custom parts, including the Octagon Plates through the dedicated generator.

Why MultiLink T Corner Exists
The second element of the series, MultiLink T Corner, is a 3-way T-shaped connector designed to join elements compatible with MultiBoard Octagon Plates and create branched, multi-container storage systems. Building on the L Corner foundation, the T Corner enables connecting three containers or trays simultaneously, perfect for partitioned organizers, triple storage modules, or complex shelf systems. The core philosophy remains: when building multi-compartment storage with angled joints, usable space gets lost in the corners. MultiLink T Corner eliminates this completely, delivering perfect 90° internal and external angles for maximum volume efficiency.
In practical terms, this makes the T Corner ideal for anyone who loves MultiBoard modularity but needs multi-directional container connections. Whether you're building a triple organizer with separated compartments, a workbench storage wall, or a complex modular shelf system, the T Corner provides the critical branching capability while maintaining straight walls and optimal internal volume usage.
Where It Stands Compared to Beams
Just like the L Corner, the T Corner comes from appreciation for MultiBoard beams, which excel at creating solid containers. However, MultiLink addresses the same geometric limitation: inclined beam connections waste internal volume. The T Corner preserves MultiBoard's modularity and strength philosophy but delivers pure 90° branching geometry that maximizes every cubic millimeter of usable space.
MultiLink T Corner serves as a complementary solution to beams: use beams for maximum strength in diagonal configurations, use T Corners when you need maximum internal capacity with clean, rectangular compartments and zero wasted corner space.

Developed as a personal technical reinterpretation of modular design principles, inspired by the original system but completely redesigned for specific space-optimization needs.
Proper attribution: MultiBoard / MultiBuild was created by Jonathan Kobylanski. MultiLink honors that foundational work while offering a specialized 90° geometry alternative for the community.
