Description

Tired of using Parafilm for loading dye preparation?

The reusable loading dye plate for PCR samples etc offers a clean, precise and eco-friendly alternative for sampling loading before gel electrophoresis.

The plate features multiple separated wells, allowing you to pre-load small volumes of loading dye (e.g. 1 µL) and mix them directly with your PCR samples - without the risk of cross-contamination or accidential mixing

Key features listed:

  • No more Parafilm needed or other aid
  • separated wells
  • wells are ideal for sample volumes of max. 6 µL - a plate with bigger wells will come soon! ;)
  • time-saving workflow
  • easy to clean & reuse!

How its done:

  1. Add loading dye into the wells
  2. Mix PCR sample with the loading dye
  3. Load sample onto your agarose gel
  4. Clean with deionised water and ethanol
