Description

Fat Man & Little Boy – WWII Atomic Bomb Scale Models

Highly detailed replicas of both atomic bombs used during World War II — now available together in one print profile.

Fat Man is a faithful recreation of the plutonium implosion-type device dropped on Nagasaki, Japan on August 9, 1945. The model captures the iconic elliptical body, tail fins, and overall silhouette that made Fat Man one of the most recognizable artifacts of World War II history.

Little Boy recreates the uranium gun-type device dropped on Hiroshima, Japan on August 6, 1945, featuring its distinctive elongated cylindrical body, boxy tail fin assembly, and characteristic surface panel details.

Both models are perfect for:

  • WWII history enthusiasts
  • Scale model collectors
  • Educational dioramas and displays
  • Military history buffs

Both models print well in a single filament color. Silver/gunmetal grey PLA or PETG best replicates the original appearance, though olive drab is a popular alternative.

🆕 Update – Little Boy Now Added! The original listing featured Fat Man only. Little Boy has now been modeled and a new print profile containing both models has been added so you can print the complete historic pair together.

These models are intended purely for historical education and display purposes.
