Description

This is a compact, no-waste feeder designed specifically for quails and chicks, optimized for clean feeding and easy installation inside cages.

The design focuses on reducing feed waste and keeping the feeding area clean, thanks to its enclosed structure and angled openings that limit spillage while still allowing comfortable access for small birds.

🔧 Key Features

  • No-Waste Design
The internal geometry and front openings help minimize feed dispersion, reducing waste and keeping the cage cleaner.
  • Dual Feeding Ports
Two front openings allow multiple birds to feed at the same time without crowding.
  • Compact & Space-Saving
Ideal for small cages and controlled environments such as brooders or breeding setups.
  • Easy Refill
The top compartment allows quick and convenient refilling without removing the feeder.
  • Clean Feeding Area
The shape helps prevent birds from scratching feed out, improving overall hygiene.

🛠️ Mounting System

The feeder is designed to be securely mounted to a cage using screws.

  • On the back, there are two mounting holes for M3 screws
  • Recommended screws: M3x8 mm
  • Required: 2 screws

This allows you to firmly attach the feeder to wire mesh or cage panels, preventing movement or tipping during use.

🖨️ 3D Printing

  • Designed for easy and reliable printing
  • Suitable for common materials like PLA or PETG

For best results:

  • Use a 0.2 mm layer height
  • Ensure good bed adhesion for a clean base
  • Increase wall count for extra durability if needed

🐥 Ideal For

  • Quails
  • Chicks
  • Small birds
  • Backyard farming setups
  • Breeding cages and brooders

💡 Notes

  • Make sure the feeder is mounted at the correct height for your birds
  • Clean regularly to maintain hygiene and prevent feed buildup
