Lumen – All in One Sensor Hub
A compact unit that quietly understands your space.
Lumen combines presence detection, ambient light sensing, and environmental monitoring into a single enclosure. Built on ESP32, it is designed for fast and reliable automations, whether that is lights reacting to presence or systems adapting to how a room is used.
The layout is clean and intentional. Each sensor is placed for accurate readings without adding visual noise, so it sits naturally on a desk, shelf, or wall.

How it works
Lumen is straightforward to assemble and adjust, but a couple of things matter:
Ball and socket mount
The base uses a friction fit ball joint for positioning.
Inside the socket, the side with the small indents or teeth must go in first.
Check the GIF provided to understand the correct insertion direction and the proper screwing motion.
Do not force it. If inserted or twisted incorrectly, the joint can get damaged.- Friction fit assembly
Most internal components are held in place using friction fit.
This makes it easy to access and keeps the build clean without glue.
If you want a permanent setup, you can add a small amount of hot glue.
- Mounting
The base can be fixed to a wall using double sided tape.
