Description
Bring Classical Elegance to Your Space with the Veiled Lady Planter.
Add a touch of Renaissance sophistication to your home with this Veiled Lady Bust Planter. Directly inspired by the famous 19th-century masterpiece The Veiled Virgin, this design captures the breathtaking illusion of a translucent veil draped over a woman's face.
Why I created this: I spent a long time searching MakerWorld for a high-quality Veiled Lady bust, but none met my standards for detail and functionality as a planter. So, I took it upon myself to design this version from scratch to ensure the perfect balance between artistic beauty and 3D printing success.
Design Features:
- Exquisite Detail: The intricate folds of the veil and facial features provide a unique visual texture that looks stunning in any light.
- Functional Planter: Features a deep internal cavity, perfect for succulents, air plants, or decorative dried flowers.
- Stable & Durable: Designed with a solid, flat base for maximum stability on any surface.
Technical Tips for Makers:
- Supports: This is a highly detailed model and does require some supports to capture the delicate overhangs.
- Customizable Settings: I have provided a tested print profile to get you started, but I highly encourage you to adjust the settings (layer height, speed, or infill) if you have your printer calibrated to your own preferred high-performance profile.
- Resizing: This model is fully scalable! Whether you want a tiny desk charm or a massive garden centerpiece, feel free to change the size to fit your needs.
- Material Suggestions: It looks absolutely breathtaking in Marble PLA, Matte White (for a classic plaster look), or even a Stone-textured filament.
